Enovate is comprised of a diverse team from varied backgrounds. Born out of a construction company, the team has spent years on job sites as Field Engineers, Project Managers, Superintendents and Surveyors - they know their way around a job-site and excel at large scale complex construction and infrastructure projects. Enovate performs construction management and transportation engineering services. Additionally, we provide on-site field services such as surveying and monitoring for both traditional and technologically advanced elements of a project. With the knowledge that each effort is unique, the team operates accordingly. Also taken into account is the teams varied backgrounds which cover different industries allowing for a wider perspective. We are headquartered in Cranford, NJ and have a location in New York, NY. Never forgetting our roots and the lessons learned on various job sites, Enovate likes to think of themselves as old school with new school flair. |

Áine (pronounced ‘On-Ya’) has had held a succession of progressive leadership roles in large corporations throughout her career. In December 2017, Áine made the leap to become a business owner and since then has been the Principal and CEO of Enovate. With a reputation for expertly addressing clients’ needs drawing on over 15 years of multinational experience delivering top quality engineering and construction solutions to her clients, she remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company.
With her career primarily focused in the Tri-State area, she combines a technical background in civil engineering and has experience with direct project management and site field management gathered at a number of varied and complex sites including heavy civil infrastructure, environmental, building, mechanical and energy infrastructure projects. Her experience includes engineering and design management of bridges, highways, vertical civil construction, marine, environmental remediation, water treatment plant commissioning, and process equipment for public and private sector clients throughout the United States and globally. She has a firm understanding of codes, regulations and standards governing project design and operations. She has directly overseen and managed multiple successful value engineering and constructability scopes saving millions for her clients on individual projects.
She is a licensed Professional Engineer in twelve states and the recipient of the ENR National 2018 Top 20 under 40 award an Engineering News Record (ENR) New York 2018 Top Young Professionals and as well as Building Design + Construction, Class of 2018 40 under 40, 2019 NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business, recipient of a 2019 NJIT Alumni Achievement Award and 2019 PWC-NJ Women of Achievement award. She is currently an active Board Member for the National Professional Women in Construction (PWC) organization and is a member of the NJIT Civil Engineering Industry Advisory Board. She received an Undergraduate and Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
