 DANA KFIR NAMED TO ENR NEW YORK 2019 TOP YOUNG PROFESSIONALS

Enovate is pleased to announce Project Manager, Dana Kfir, has been named to the Engineering News Record (ENR) New York 2019 Top Young Professionals.  This year, ENR New York received multiple entries from two states, from which 20 winners were chosen.

Growing up in Netivot, Israel Dana started her professional path when she joined the Israeli Defense Forces’ (IDF) Atidim program and awarded a scholarship for a Civil Engineering B.Sc. prior to mandatory service. She graduated from Technion, a top science and technology university and joined IDF’s Officers’ Academy.

Dana was promoted to Major less than six years into her service and earned an MSc. In Construction Management, specializing in Construction Safety by Design during active service. Today, Dana acts as a key member of Enovate’s founding team, contributing to the firm across many disciplines including Construction Management and Project Management as an Engineer in Training (EIT).  She participates in panels and career days to encourage young women to pursue engineering both in Israel and the US and is active and involved with Professional Women in Construction (PWC) and American Technion Society (ATS).

ENR invites nominations of deserving, up-and-coming leaders working in the architecture, construction and engineering industries for their Top Young Professionals award.  Judging is based on industry experience, education, leadership skills and community service. The Top Young Professionals will be profiled in the January 2019 issue of ENR New York.
