This project will help improve access to Howland Hook Marine Terminal operated by Global Container terminal by widening the exit ramp from I-278 and adding additional lanes on Forest Ave. Traffic signals will be improved, pedestrian access will be improved along with other safety enhancements on Forest Avenue between Gulf Avenue and Goethals Road North on Staten Island. Enovate provided an in-depth Constructability Review of the entire plan set.
