DSNY owns and operates a Bagging Building Facility in Staten Island, New York at 450 West Service Road. DSNY is constructing a new bagging facility inclusive of civil work, concrete elements, steel frame covered by fabric, MEP and utility work. Work was overseen by personnel with engineering and construction expertise as it relates to facilities construction, maintenance, and asset management.
