Port Commerce Traffic Operations and Oversight

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey required technical services and day-to-day support to Port Commerce facility staff on various operations assignments. These services were centralized in the Traffic Operations group within Traffic Engineering. Port Commerce facilities included Port Newark - Elizabeth Port Authority Marine Terminal, Port Jersey Port Authority Marine Terminal, Cape Liberty (Bayonne) Cruise Terminal, Brooklyn Port Authority Marine Terminal, and Howland Hook Marine Terminal. Enovate was responsible for New York Marine Terminal facilities. Sign Service Requests (SSRs) were prepared to meet the signing needs of the facility staff to maintain operations at the facilities.
